Storage Concepts Basic File Conversion Services:

Full Service Project Management:
This is for larger clients with more sophisticated projects that are mission critical for handling of proprietary company files and informaiton.

System Implementaton/File Conversion:
Providing all aspects of planning, supervision and labor to change a customer's current system to a new configuration. This includes terminal digit and custom sorts as well as the bread and butter Top to End Tab Relabeling Filing Conversion available to a client sold out of a file drawer and on to shelves.

Database Preparation:
Creating a database of records series by listing every record and then having a team key enter onto a customer defined format using SCI production environment.

File Consolidation:
Interfiling one system into another or many into one. May involve systems coming from various locations with packing and shipping files to the single location. This may include changing to a standardized system.

Move Preparation Services:

Move Preparation and Services:
Packing records prior to a move consistent with new location sequence. Labeling containers for easy retrieval during the transition, as well as unpacking and refiling.

File Validation/Document Audit:
Verification of database listings against records "on the shelf" or identifying by file number specific documents included or missing from a file.

Loose Paper Infiling/Purge Services:
Providing staff to identify and file unmatched mail, patient records, and "to be filed" documents as well as pulling records from an active system to discard or pack for off-site storage.

Contract Personnel:
Provide a staff person to perform a specific file service for a specific period of time or for completion of a specific task.
